These terms govern use of the Kinix marketplace by athletes, parents, and coaches. Kinix connects independent coaches with athletes and families; coaches are independent providers, not employees of Kinix.
Kinix is not a recruiting service and makes no guarantee of scholarships, exposure, or recruiting outcomes of any kind.
Needs attorney review:coach classification (independent contractor status), marketplace liability and indemnification, dispute resolution / arbitration clause, account termination rights, and minors’ use of the platform.
