By applying and being approved, coaches agree to: provide two professional references, consent to Kinix reviewing their name against the National Sex Offender Public Website (NSOPW) as part of application review, complete identity verification (government ID and selfie match) before their profile can go live, respond to booking requests within 24 hours, deliver a written recap after each session, follow Kinix’s communication and cancellation standards, and accept payment exclusively through the platform.

Needs attorney review: independent contractor classification language, consent and disclosure language for the reference/registry-screening process above, payout/commission terms, and grounds for suspension or removal from the marketplace.
