Kinix started with a simple problem: the coaches worth learning from are nearly impossible to reach.
They’re flooded with DMs and emails, and most families never hear back. The ones who do get through often pay for something nobody described in advance — an hour of “training” with no stated goal and no record of what happened.
So we built a marketplace where reviewed coaches set their own services and prices, and families can find, compare and book them with confidence. Every coach is reviewed by a person before approval. Every session says what it covers, how long it runs and what it costs before you commit. Payment is authorized when you book and captured after the session is complete.
We’re upfront about what we are and aren’t. Kinix is not a recruiting service. We don’t contact college programs or promise scholarships or exposure. What we promise is honest, expert feedback and a real development plan — because an athlete’s value was never only about the stat line.
Basketball only, on purpose. A guard learning to create his own shot and a post player learning to finish through contact need different coaches, and a marketplace that covers every sport can’t tell the difference.
