Kinix collects information submitted through coach applications and match requests (name, email, phone, athlete details, film links) to operate the marketplace: matching families with coaches, processing payments, and sending service-related communications.

We do not publicly display personal information about minors. Athlete information submitted through the match request form is shared only with the specific coach a family requests or is matched with.

Needs attorney review:data retention periods, minors’ data / COPPA considerations, data processor agreements (Supabase, Resend, Stripe), user data-deletion rights, and any state-specific privacy law obligations (e.g. CCPA).
