What To Expect
Before, during, and after your session
Before
You'll share the athlete's grade, position, level of play, goals, and film if the service calls for it. Your coach reviews this ahead of time.
During
Session length and format depend on what you and the coach agree on for that service — a quick consultation, a full film breakdown, or an ongoing check-in.
After
Every session ends with a short written recap from your coach — what was covered, specific feedback, and one clear thing to work on next.
Ongoing
For monthly and ongoing services, those recaps stack into a running progress trail — so you can look back and see real movement.
